Our story

We remember how it felt.

We remember the look that saw us.
The moment someone truly listened.
The place where we could stop, breathe and feel we belonged.

Because resilience begins where a person feels they have a place.

Where the path began

Over the years we met children, teens, education teams, parents and communities.

We ran programs, clubs, workshops and trainings from the world of body and mind, and saw again and again how much a single encounter can create real change.

But the deeper we went into the field, the more one question stayed with us:

A resilience space

What remains after the encounter ends?

We saw that the tools work, that the experience is meaningful, and that moments of change happen.

But we also understood that for the change to last, it can't depend only on whoever brings the tools from outside.

And then, in a reality where the routine itself had changed, this question became even sharper.

From this question, the language was born

From years in the field, learning, and the connection between body, mind, education and innovation, one language gradually took shape: the FSL model.

Foundation · Sense · Leadership

Three layers that connect stability and security, connection to body and senses, and the ability to choose, act and lead from within.

Not another tool that stays within the session,
but a language that can be learned, practiced and embedded into life and into the system.

Explore the FSL model

The tools come from outside.
Resilience is built from within.

The Founder

Esther Avergil (Malka)

Founder of FENGFU and developer of the FSL model

My professional path began in marketing and technology, with a bachelor's degree in technological marketing from Sapir College, and later moved into the worlds of education and teaching, with a teaching degree and a specialization in business management from Ben-Gurion University.

For more than a decade I worked within education systems from kindergarten through high school, in management, teaching and program development, alongside working with children, teens, education teams, parents and communities. Four years living and working in international education settings in China broadened my perspective on learning, culture and the connection between body and mind.

Over the years I also deepened my work in the world of body and movement: yoga for children, yoga for soldiers, breath, senses, nervous-system regulation and body-based tools.

From the connection between education, body, emotion, technology and community, FENGFU and the FSL model were born.

My vision is to create a shared language of resilience that can live within education systems, organizations and communities, not only in moments of crisis, but as part of everyday life.

Resilience is built from within

Resilience doesn't begin in moments of crisis. It's built long before
We'd love to get to know the people, understand the need, and build a process together that fits your organization.

Let's build it together
