Team training in resilience
Tracks

Training tracks

Each track is built to fit the group, experience level and setting, from a first introduction to full facilitation.

An experiential introduction to the body-mind language and the principles of the FSL model. A starting point for any team. An in-depth track for training facilitators: tools, practice, and ongoing application in the field. A multi-stage program for embedding the language in an organization or municipality, with long-term team support.

Implementation that doesn't stay in the training room

Alongside the training, we support implementation in the field: follow-up sessions, team support and simple, repeating tools, so the language enters the routine and stays.

When you strengthen the person from within, the whole system grows stronger.

Every major change begins with one person choosing to learn.

We'd love to help you choose the right training track and give you tools that go far beyond the learning itself.
